Harshwardhansingh Thakur spent four decades building simultaneously across India, Africa, and Asia — factories, trading companies, a listed entity, contract manufacturing, and a logistics and customs brokerage practice that India's leading companies trusted for twenty years. Eight businesses. Five countries. A workforce of 400.

In 2015, he absorbed a significant business loss in Africa. He converted it into a principle — Nothing is Wasted. He returned to the classroom after a fifty-year gap — not because he had to, but because that is how he has always lived.

His son Divyamansingh brings 18 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and F&B — resort operations in West Africa and the Andamans, cloud kitchens, bakery manufacturing, QSRiQuick Service Restaurant — a food service format built around speed, consistency, and a standardised menu. Setting up and commissioning a QSR requires specific operational and kitchen design expertise. commissioning, and HACCPiHazard Analysis and Critical Control Points — an internationally recognised food safety management system. Five years before the first client

We built the practice before we opened the door.

A & H Ventures was incorporated in December 2020. Our first client work began in 2026. That is five years of building frameworks, tools, and infrastructure before taking on a single client.

We assessed ourselves using our own tools and scored 72 out of 100. Conditionally ReadyiOur Entrepreneur Readiness Assessment rated us at 72/100 — meaning solid foundations, with gaps we acknowledged. We share this score because we believe a Sarthi who is not honest about their own readiness has no business walking alongside someone else. We share that score with everyone we meet.
